Appointments 

In Office Appointment

To make an appointment with Dr. Nazempoor, please call  (214) 727-7717 or (972) 233-0181.  We conduct an initial assessment over the phone before scheduling. We do our best to work with your schedule. 

The North Dallas office(12820  Hillcrest) is open Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Dr. Nazempoor also sees clients at this location on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. For out of town clients and couples the time will be extended after 2:00 p.m. if it is necessary to reach the expected outcome.  

The South Dallas office (400 S. Zang Blvd.) is open Monday and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 pm. With prior notification, special cases, including long sessions will be scheduled on Wednesdays. Both offices are closed on Sundays.
